•High-Efficiency Laminated Disc Filtration Technology.
Micron-level grooves on disc surfaces form complex flow channels when stacked, significantly increasing filtration area and dirt-holding capacity. This design efficiently intercepts sediment, suspended solids, and other impurities, outperforming traditional cartridge filters in filtration efficiency. With a stable precision of 10–300 microns, performance remains unaffected by water flow fluctuations.

Supports multi-mode triggering (differential pressure, time, flow rate) to adjust backwash frequency in real-time based on water quality. Prevents resource waste or insufficient

Optimized flow channels reduce head loss (pressure loss: only 0.1–0.5 bar), minimizing pump energy use. Backwashing consumes just 1–3% of treated water—an 80%+ water savings over traditional manual filters. No
disposable cartridges; backwash wastewater is recyclable, lowering operational costs and aligning with green principles.

DESCRIPTION
•The maximum working pressure that the system can withstand is 10 BAR, and the pressure in the sewage pipe is zero (atmospheric pressure).
•This project adopts an internal backwashing system. During the backwashing stage, the pressure of the outlet pipe (backwashing pressure) needs to be not less than 3 BAR, and there is a pressure maintenance requirement at the outlet. The system uses liquid transmission signal method, and the liquid source signal is the inlet pressure.
•The power distribution requirement for the control system: 220V, 50HZ AC /AA Battery.
